We start with an initial consultation; this can be done over the phone to discuss some of the particulars of the project. Once we have a better understanding about your vision for the project, and its alignment with Heritage, we then schedule an onsite in person meeting. At which we walk you through our process, answer any question you may have and then review in detail the project.

 Once incantated we begin working with our clients to:

1. Create your Design/Build Team. Architect and Designers.
2. Detailing and developing the project with our Clients and the Design/Build team. 
3. We attend and participate in all design meetings. Providing a cost feasibility perspective as the project develops.        
4. Finalizing the Material Selections. We will lead you through all the Interior & Exterior finishes.
5. Determine the Best Construction Practices and Methods for your Project.
6. Once your vision and design are ready, we will start developing and planning all the project details for a cost analysis. 
7. We will provide you with a Lump Sum Construction Cost and a Line Item for Allowances for the project.
